Does Merci Bijou offer any product warranty?
Yes! Our customers are our top priority, therefore we offer a 1 year guarantee. If for whatever reason your MB piece is damaged due to normal wear due to a defect in workmanship, we will repair it or replace the product (or equal value of the item). Please contact info@mercibjiou.com for support.
What is your jewelry material?
All product descriptions list specific product materials. The majority of our jewelry is 18k gold-plated sterling silver or sterling silver. We offer a few products in 18k gold-plated brass or 18k gold-plated stainless steel.
Can I wear my jewelry in the water?
In order to maintain the precious nature of our MB jewelry, we recommend removing all pieces before swimming, showering or exercising. However, occasional light activity or water should not cause damage.

Returns and Exchanges
We believe in our quality product and hope you love your MB jewelry. In the rare chance you would like to return or exchange an item, we accept returns or exchanges on all unworn jewelry items within 15 days of purchase. Please contact info@mercibijjou.com to process a return.
Custom orders are final sale due to the personalized nature of the order.
